About This Project

This was a full interior renovation that touched almost every room in the house. Two bathrooms, the kitchen, a fireplace feature wall, and new flooring throughout. The homeowners wanted the whole thing done at once rather than room by room, which is the right call when you are going this deep. One mobilization, one schedule, one team managing all the materials so everything ties together properly.

The two bathrooms were each done from scratch. Demo, waterproofing, tile, fixtures, everything. Both rooms serve different functions in the house but needed to feel like they belonged to the same renovation. We chose materials that coordinate without being identical and the result is a home where every space feels intentional rather than done at different times by different people.

The kitchen backsplash is where a lot of homeowners play it safe and regret it later. Here we went with a tile that has real visual presence and it anchors the kitchen properly. Every grout joint in the kitchen was treated to the same standard we apply in bathrooms, because there is no reason the finish level should be different just because it is a different room.

The fireplace feature wall was one of those elements that, once it was done, the homeowners wished they had done years earlier. It changes the entire feel of the living space without requiring any structural work.

New flooring went in throughout the whole home, hardwood in the living areas and tile where it makes sense. This is the kind of upgrade that is easy to underestimate on paper and impossible to miss once it is in. Walking through a house where the flooring is consistent from room to room feels completely different from one where it was done in pieces over the years.

The client received a written 10-year waterproofing warranty covering both bathrooms plus the standard workmanship warranty on all finished work. Everything is documented and on file.
