Pilkowski Custom Renovations has been gutting and rebuilding bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and full homes across Toronto and the GTA for nearly two decades. We started as a tile and waterproofing specialist the technical foundation that still separates our work from the competition and grew into a full renovation company without losing that obsession with what happens behind the wall.
Most of our clients came to us through a referral. Many have hired us three or four times. That pattern tells us more about the quality of our work than any award could.

It depends on the scope. A small bathroom cosmetic refresh typically runs $15,000 to $22,000. A full gut renovation of a small bathroom runs $22,000 to $35,000. A mid-range master bathroom renovation runs $35,000 to $55,000, and a premium master bathroom runs $55,000 to $80,000 or more. We provide a full line-by-line written quote before anything starts so you know exactly what you are committing to.
Most bathroom renovations take 2 to 5 weeks from demolition to final walkthrough. A small bathroom typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. A master bathroom with structural work or a custom sauna build takes 4 to 6 weeks. We provide a detailed written schedule before the project starts and stick to it.
Wedi is a premium waterproofing system installed behind tile in showers and wet areas. Wedi Pro certification means the contractor has been trained and certified to install it correctly. Most tile contractors in the GTA are not Wedi Pro certified. We are, and we back every shower assembly with a written 10-year waterproofing warranty. Failed waterproofing is the leading cause of structural damage in renovated bathrooms. Getting it right is not optional.
Yes. When permits are required for structural work, plumbing changes, or electrical upgrades, we handle the application and inspection process. We never skip permits when they are required. All work is done to code.
No. We price based on the scope of work, not travel distance within our service area. A bathroom renovation in Oakville is quoted the same way as one in Toronto. The only difference may be local permit fees, which are always outlined in your written quote.
Yes, and it often makes sense to do it that way. Combining rooms into one project means one mobilization, one schedule, and one consistent finish level throughout. We quote the full scope upfront so you know exactly what both rooms will cost before anything starts.
