How the 3D Design Process Works
We visit your space, take measurements, assess what is there, and discuss your vision, preferences, and budget. This is also when we give you your written quote for the renovation itself.
We guide you through tile, cabinet, fixture, and finish options based on your style preferences and budget. You do not need to have all of this figured out before we meet.
We model your space and deliver photorealistic renders of your finished renovation. You see the full layout, tile pattern, fixtures, and finishes together before committing to anything.
We iterate on the design until everything is exactly right. Once approved, the design becomes the locked-in reference for the build. Construction starts only when you are confident in the outcome.
Why it matters
Changes at the design stage cost nothing. Changes mid-construction cost a lot.
Moving a shower niche from the left wall to the right wall is a ten-minute adjustment in the 3D model. Mid-construction, after tile has been ordered and waterproofing installed, it means tearing work out and starting that section again.
The 3D design process exists to front-load all decision-making. By the time a single tool comes out, you have already seen the finished result and signed off on it.
